IDC Assess and Reduce Embodied Carbon

The ID+C credit Assess and Reduce Embodied Carbon, Option 2: It's unclear what are the referenced Paths 1, 2 and 3 for this credit.

I also don't understand how Options 1 and 2 interact, given the "AND/OR" clause. "AND" suggests one could get up to 7 points (4 for Option 1 and 3 for Option 2), but the max for the credit is 4 points. Is that just a cap applied across both options?
