For ID+C, how will community members be taken into account? New construction buildings typically have an opportunity for public input at local planning meetings, but ID+C projects do not. Would the definition of community members for ID+C projects include current occupants of the building and current employees/soon-to-be regular occupants of the spaces? Please clarify the definition of community members as it relates to ID+C projects.
