Would a guardhouse require an occupancy sensor to control the lighting of the space?

This particular credit does not require such thing. If such sensor was installed in order to reduce energy spent by lighting in this guardhouse, so it must be included in Cx plan since it falls under this category of equipment that is mandatory commissioned under this prereq.: "Electrical, including service, distribution, lighting, and controls, including daylighting controls".
