Replacement of 65% cement by GGBFS

Dear LEED Users,

May I kindly request guidance on the permissible percentage of GGBFS that can replace cement and the credit category that our project can potentially earn points under?

Regarding the permissible GGBFS replace percentage - it's issue of a structural engineers. They can answer your question. I believe that replacement contributes toward:

MR Credit: Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction - Option 2. Whole-Building Life-Cycle Assessment.
MR Credit: Sourcing of Raw Materials - as a material with recycled content

I'm not talking about other MR criteria, but only based on the "preconsumer recycled content" feature of GGBFS.
