It's great to see that Wildfire and Smoke are on the list of hazards to be considered. However, it is not clear to me who decides which hazards are the most impactful and on what that assessment is based.

It is not clear what the depth of analysis will be in the assessment. The term "adaptation" is not mentioned. Analyzing resilience and adaptation to climate change requires a set of local-level data that may not be universally available. For example, a number of EU countries have a "National Strategy and Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan", but there are problems in concretizing data on disasters due to climate change on a local level (EU). If a cpuntry does not have a detailed inventory of existing sources of information related to disasters (that needs to be made) and until local institutions establish an information system for the collection of data on disasters, it is not yet possible to adequately compare the available data and a proposed assessment base.
