Hi,

This may seem like an obvious question but I have assumed that to achieve any points under the surrounding density criteria, you have to meet the values for both residential and non residental (if doing a separate calculation). I was a bit confused by the statement

'For separate calculations, if the point values for the residential and nonresidential densities are different, the
lowest performing land use is used to determine the number of points achieved'. Does this just mean that if you reach the threshold for residential which allows 3 points, but the nonresidential only meets the threshold for 2 points, you have to award 2 points overall? I assume you can't get any points where you only meet the residential or the nonresidential thresholds.

Thanks
