NC-v4.1 WEc2:Indoor Water Use Reduction

Water Reduction- Combi Oven requirement

We are working on a community building with a commisarry kitchen program. Our kitchen consultant cannot find a combi oven, that is accessible that meets the LEED requirements. Does anyone have a resource or a recommendation?
