The change in particulate monitoring appears to require particle counts now, with a cleanroom class rating of 8 or lower with the gravimetric particulate concentrations at 2.5 and 10 microns no longer required. Which monitoring devices have been accepted for this? Is there a requirement that each sampled room have particle counts as if it were a cleanroom as specified by ISO standards?
