We are currently facing two major questions during the work with the construction project team. 

1. How does LEED treat electronic cigarettes? Is it prohibited the same way?
2. We have agreed with the construction team to place smoking hubs in 7.5m distance from the project boundaries, not the building entry, because currently within the project boundaries there is no distinct entry visible. The parking floors are being constructed, and there is no clear entrance notable in the territory. But the workers have hard time leaving the construction territory for a 3-minute smoking session. How do you treat this problem?
