The new v4.1 requirements for credit Rainwater Management - option 1, state that "The percentile event volume must be retained (i.e. infiltrated, evapotranspirated, or collected and reused) using low-impact development (LID)/green infrastructure (GI) practices."  Credit language implies that collected rainwater can be reused in any way, so our project is considering reusing the collected rainwater on flush fixtures (toilets). 

From my understanding, this was not a compliant strategy in v4, but since credit intent and requirements have changed in v4.1, I would like to know if it is applicable now. Has anyone been awarded points for v4.1 SSc4 by using rainwater for flush fixtures?
