Sustainable MEP Leaders

Building and District Hydronic System Analysis Software

Hi All - 

Has anyone explored hydronic system analysis software (1D CFD)? 

Some options are PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, PipeFlow (eerily similar name to first option), COMSOL Pipe Flow Module. 

Applications could range from general system troubleshooting, pump sizing, to district hydronic system network analysis.

Victor - A little late on my reply but I'm a big fan of PipeFlo, I've been using it for the past 10ish years for the exact applications you mentioned. I've used Fathom a bit too, it's pretty comparable. Happy to get together if you want to talk about them.

Hi David -  Thank you for the response and offer! Why did you end up going with Pipeflo over Fathom? We're under trial for AFT Fathom. Perhaps we could compare notes after trial against Pipeflo?
