Based on this, should I consider increasing the percentage of EV parking from 5% to 7%, or does the current allocation already account for the 2% designated for EVSE parking spaces? Moreover, if it is necessary to raise it to 7%, would I still be compliant if 5% of the parking spots are designated for EVs in a preferred location, and additionally, the 2% EVSE spaces are also situated in a preferred location?
