I am working on a project where, regarding the heating part of the proposed design, the AHU's heating coil has a DES source, while VRF systems are employed for fan coil units. On the cooling side, everything is managed through chillers/VRF systems.
ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G 2010 does not provide information for such scenarios.
My plan is to model the proposed design as per the actual design, while the baseline will be modeled entirely using DES for heating and following the standard for cooling.
