Healthcare-v4.1 EAc3:Advanced Energy Metering

Can a non-revenue listed meter (or PTs and CTs integrated with the BAS) be utilized for credit compliance?

For low-level metering of loads, greater than 10% can a non-revenue listed meter (or PTs and CTs integrated with the BAS) be utilized to collect data in accordance with obtaining the advance metering credit?

Thank you in advance for your feedback and consideration.

Yes, it does not have to be a utility meter. It just has to meet the advanced metering capabilities.
