Option 1 Path 2/3 - Natural Ventilation and DES

Hello,
 
we got a kind of an unusal situation here, at least for us. 
So the project is connected to a DES, so we decided to go with path 2 or 3, which will also grant us some more points later on in Optimize energy performance (more savings also since DES is partly renewables) and Renewable energy production.
We are about to start the simulation, and the question is, how do we aproach the baseline model when we have only natural ventilation in the buidling? 
ASHRAE 90.1 states that no exceptional calculation method is required. It seems a bit confusing.
We have never tried O1 path 2 or 3 before, is there anything to look out for?
Or do you have any ideas in general, what we should take special care of in our special case?
