Pilot-Credits MRpc87:Verified Construction & Demolition Recycling Rates

State Verification Program

Has anyone tried submitting with a state led auditing and verification program?  The credit criteria state rates and facilities must be reveiwed by a "qualified third-party organization" ... could this include a state auditing program such as the one in place by California?

We're actually about to try that on a project for Los Angeles county since the selected hauler is not RCI certified, I will circle back if we learn of anything!
