I'm working on a project where the property manager told us the only on-going purchases for the buliding are cleaning supplies (brooms, garbage bags, gloves) and all other purchases are tenant managed. I'm wondering what we should do if we don't have a "5 most purchased product categories" and how we should be drafting the purchasing policy to obtain this prerequisite.
