We have a 100% outside air HVAC with an energy recovery wheel serving the entire the project space. Since there is no recirculating air getting reintroduced to the supply side, the MEP engineer has the airflow measuring station installed at the supply outlet of the unit instead of the outside air inlet of the unit because according to him, the monitoring device "is measuring the OA regardless of the location".
Does anyone know if the LEED reviewer will allow the outside air measuring station to be installed at the supply outlet of the unit when I submit th the controls drawing?
