CI-v4 LTc1:LEED for neighborhood development location

ID+C project in LEED Core & Shell certified building

One of our ID+C projects is located in a LEED Core & Shell certified building. Does this project have any advantages in obtaining points for LT credits, such as the LT-LEED Neighborhood Development credit? Thanks
