Has anyone here done an IAQ assessment around the same time as a chlorine flush of the domestic water system and plumbing fixtures? It's coming up on one of my projects and I've never encountered this before.

In concept, I don't think a chlorine flush would affect IAQ sampling. It definitely won't affect Path 1 items (Particulate matter, carbon monoxide or ozone). The VOC items in Path 2 are typically sampled with carbon (charcoal) or DNPH media. The carbon might capture chlorine/chloramines, but I don't think it would be a great bond. So it might affect your tVOC levels, but not the itemized analystics that LEED reviews. You should test for both tVOC and the indidual analytics at the same time though, to cover our bases. I don't think DNPH media (used for formaldehyde and other aldehydes) would capture anything.
