Hi,
We have a project certified under LEED v4 O+M. We were wondering, if it would be possible, to take a part (20%) of the certified building that can be "separated" (optically and practically through barriers) and certify it on it's own since it is going through a major renovation. (so under LEED v4 BD+C)
If we do that, would it be possible to recertify the rest (80%) of the Existing building as we normaly would?
