We are pursuing our first LEED Group project, and wanted to share out what we've learned. We have confirmation from GBCI that LEED BD+C v4 Group projects are still able to swap v4 credits for v4.1 credits, as you would with a standard LEED BD+C project. This can be important to project teams for credits such as Renewable Energy Production, the BPDO Materials credits, and others that may benefits from swapping into v4.1.
