Rainfall data taken from AQUASTAT (annual by country), how to calculate?

Hi, All!

The daily rainfall data is not available four our project in our country. We chose to check the Aquastat data, which gives only one average annual number, 562mm.

QUESTION: What percentile should I consider this number? There is no other statistical analysis available for this.
