For the territory of our project, we have standardized data (by state), based on historical data. The data is given in monthly average and daily maximum per month. I am taking daily maximum for each month, and am receiving the following image:
January - 22mm
February - 28mm
March - 26mm
April - 34mm
May - 47mm
June - 47mm
July - 34mm
August - 22mm
September - 47mm
October - 34mm
November - 30mm
December - 47mm
In my understanding, the 95 percentile and 100 percentile are equal (47mm) because 4 months in a year have 47mm daily maximum data.
Please, advise, if I am right or wrong.
Because, this means that I am actually doing the same effort, but I have to record the credit satisfaction correctly.
