NC-v4.1 MRc3:Sourcing of Raw Materials

2 questions concerning the BPDO calculator -v4.1 - Types of costs I shall input

Dear Leed Users,

I have following questions concerning the BPDO calculator -v4.1

 

  1. The cost of the product that I shall input at the Sheet “Sourcing of Raw Materials” does ONLY include the cost (price) of buying that product and NOT the cost of its installation?
  2. Main Sheet: In our project we will work with Default cost. The “ total construction costs for LEED project “ in the main sheet includes all the cost of construction (buying  products and installation) without  the cost of MEP components? - Any guidance would be helpful

Stephan 1 - Yes, only the cost of the specific contributing product, i.e. Type X gypsum, $25,000 2 - Sum up all costs in Divisions 3-10 (materials and labor) and enter it into the Default cost field on the main sheet.
