Dear All, 

We have conducted water anaysis and showed that the water is with highe quality withount any treatment/filteration and with maximum cyecle of concnetaroin of 16. 

My question is, are we required to set our cooling tower for 16 cycle to earn 1 point (which is not logical)? or Should we set the cooling tower now with 10 cycle to earn 2 point?
