Since his death on August 27, 2021, Lance Hosey has been missed by our community. We miss his voice and his vision -- as well as his collegiality and humor. Now, Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation announced the Lance Hosey Scholarship Fund to Make Things Better. We are pleased to note that this endowed scholarship, seed funded by Lance's brother, Terry Hosey, is now open for donations, and all donations will be matched by Columbia. Please consider contributing. We hope the scholarship will help continue the exploration of design and sustainability that Lance held so dear, and in the coming years, we hope to host lectures or events to advance the Shape of Green dialogue.
