Is there a list of Innovation strategies available to v4 projects?

Heat Island Mitigation with Cool Walls

Hi,

Im currently working on a industrial project pursuing a LEED BD+C Core and Shell v4 certification. We are attempting the ID Cool Walls credit but have encountered some issues gathering the data sheets that describe the paints' SR and Thermal Emittance values.

Does anyone know any manufacturers products in Mexico with these specifications?
