Water Calcultion for Commerical ID+C project

Hi Amgad, The post titled "LEED ID+C CI commercial Interiors v4 water calc credit" on this page will help explain. In short, both the Prereq and the Credit involve toilets along with urinals, sinks (lavatories), showers, and kitchen or break room sinks. If there are none of the fixtures within your boundary, you are automatically exempt (compliant) with the Prereq. If you want to pursue points under the Credit, you would need to include all of these fixture types that your tenants have access to and would potentially use outside of your project boundary.
