We are pursuing the Quality Views credit on a CS project that was originally going to be the shell for a tech client, but will now be the shell for a MOB. We have tentative floor plan layouts for the MOB from the interior team, but MOB's have lots of interior rooms without access to daylight, similar to a hospital. As such, we certainly won't comply with the typical requirements.
I'm wondering if anyone has pursued this credit in a similar situation and used the LEED for Healthcare guidelines for how to calculate Quality Views compliant area, rather than using the more general quality views language. Or, if not, what the community thinks of this potential pathway.
Thanks in advance!
