NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

In what case we don't have to run a baseline model with all 4 rotation

Hi , I am working on a LEED Data center model with majority of space as vault, now I know for an existing building we dont need to rotate but for a data center do we need to rotate as the majority of the energy consumption is coming from vault spaces, can someone advice on it?

You could certainly make that argument to the reviewer. I agree that it will not have an effect for this kind of project.
