NC-v4 SSc4:Rainwater management

Rainwater used for Irrigation, but what about winter?

Hello 

we have a project in which 2 accumulation tanks are planned which are enough to capture rainwater calculated, and the plan is that they will be used for Irrigation, nevertheless, what about the winter months when irrigation is not needed?
