Add the following under Requirements:
"Achieve one or more of the options below for a maximum of 4 points (5 points Retail)"

Revise the language between Option 2 and Option 3 to be "AND/OR"

Under Guidance, Option 3 revise the first paragraph to read as follows:
"This credit now offers an interiors life-cycle assessment pathway as a new third option. Conducting an interiors LCA (Option 3) is now available to projects that pursue building reuse strategies (Option 1 and 2) that also wish to conduct an interiors LCA for the project. The total points available cannot exceed 3 points, though projects can earn one Exemplary Performance point if they achieve reuse and/or LCA points from Option 1, 2, and 3 and exceed 3 points in combination. Refer to the LEED v4 Reference Guide for general information related to conducting a life cycle assessment and showing optimizations in life cycle impacts."

Add the following as an Exemplary Performance section:

Exemplary Performance
 Option 1: Path 1: Reuse 55% of furniture and interior nonstructural elements.
 Option 1: Path 2: Reuse 60% of furniture or nonstructural elements.
 Option 2: Incorporate all 4 product category strategies to design for flexibility and disassembly.
 Achieve more than 3 points from a combination of Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3.
