We will have cogeneration onsite. Do the credit requirements apply to all electricity used onsite, or only that which is purchased from the grid?

Hello,

I am looking to get carbon offsets for a projet in Quebec. Do you know any good Canadian carbon offsets company that is affordable and meets the requirements? 

On green-e website, most of the companies are from the US. (https://www.green-e.org/certified-resources/carbon-offsets)
