LEED Library Missing Multifamily Pathways for Option 3

Neither the USGBC LEED Library nor the first printing of the reference guide include the Multfamily Pathway for Option 3; therefore, this pathway is nearly impossible to locate without referencing the most recent full PDF of the rating system. This language should be updated to reflect the additional available pathways.
