Hi everyone,
I’m looking for clarification about credit «Enhanced Indoor Air Quality Strategies », entryway systems.
We are planning to use a permanently entryway system (entrance mat with a solid structure from Manufacturer EMCO) with high abrasion resistance and robustness for applications subject to particularly intensive loads. With maximum cleaning effect and excellent moisture insulation.
But according to the published LEED interpretation https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/10252 ID#li-10252 created on oct 01,2012 for LEED V3-2009 we understand that LEED requires that entry systems must have an ELECTROSTATIC PROPENSITY <2.5 KV. Should this electrostatic propensity be applicable also to entryway systems for LEED V4 projects? or does it only concern projects registered under LEED V3-2009?
The LEED V4 guide does not say anything on this subject of electrostatic propensity but we would like to receive your confirmation.
