We have attempted to achieve the Pilot Credit - Bird Collision Deterrence. For Design Final Review, our documentation was deemed to "not demonstrate compliance" and one point is "Denied".
We have pilot credits as an alternate to this denied pilot credit and our goal is two achieve 5 points for Innovation. My questions are:
Can we submit a different pilot credit to replace this denied credit?
If so, do we need an appeal for this credit to be revised and reviewed again?
Instead of an appeal, can we submit revisions during the Construction Preliminary Review?
