Healthcare-v4 LTc5:Access to quality transit

Shuttle bus service (in the large campus) can claim a part of quality transit?

In case of LEED-NC, The Building in the large campus site, provide shuttle bus service at a pickup point1 to other major transit facilities outside at pickup point2 (gate entrance). If the walking distance is more than 400 m. from building entrance to bus stop (offsite), I will achieve criteria from the pickup point2 (gate entrance) to the bus stop, Can I ?
