French VOC Emissions Labeling Class A or A+

Why is "French VOC Emissions Labeling Class A or A+" only under “Formaldehyde emissions evaluation (for composite wood)” and not under  “VOC emissions evaluation” (for ceiling tiles)? I have a manufacturer wondering since they already had A+ for their ceiling tiles, asking me why that is not enough, I didn’t know the answer… Their new Finnish M1 certificate is deleayed.

Presumably this is the case because the French evaluation only tests for a limited number of VOCs, not the full slate considered in the CDPH Standard Method and other protocols. It does test for formaledehyde and a few others but not for as many as CDPH.
