I am currently working on the energy model for a mall building. Inside the mall there are several F&B tenant spaces that will not be fully complete by the time of the certification. I would like to know which process do you recommend to address this in the energy model. My preferred approach for now is to use the Comnet appendix b modeling data and add the process loads for food preparation as internal loads for the kitchen. Other option will be to calculate the number of seats and meals per day, and obtain the annual energy consumption based on the kWh/meal, however this second method does not account for the cooling loads in the kitchens.

I would use the COMNET data so the model accounts for the interactive effects.
