I have a project with a CO2 sensor in the return air duct of a workshop in a school. The energy modeller is taking credit for this as demand control ventilation for the Optimize Eenrgy Performance credit.

However, this does not meet the LEED reference guide requirements for CO2 Monitoring within the Enhanced Indoor Air Quality Strategies credit.

Does there need to be consistency between the two credits for how demand control ventilation is defined?
