Related Beal has shared its whole-building LCA documentation for 420 Rutherford, a core and shell lab in Boston. The v4 project substituted the more achievable v4.1 credit version and pursued Option 2, Path 1: Conduct a life cycle assessment of the project’s structure and enclosure. WSP conducted the LCA and has provided its full report and accompanying narrative.
