Hi Mu’ath,
As states in LEED guide (Sourcing of Raw Materials) to achieve this credit, the supplier needs to provide raw material report with information as required in the LEED. The reports may be available in the acceptable form of a corporate sustainability report (CSR) such as GRI report, (OECD) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, U.N. Global Compact, etc.
