NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Dear LEED User friend,

We are involved in a project with DES systems and we intend to use Option 1, Path 1. However, ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G does not make any reference to HVAC efficiencies. Could you kindly inform us about how to define efficiencies for the proposed model? Thank you in advance.
