I have a project with a small Open space, so the LID techniques will be collection and reuse of rainwater via Rainwater cistern.

I have following questions: 

1) The volume of the rainwater tank is the equal to the runoff volume defined by the 95th percentile?

2) For the runoff volume calculation is it ok to use land use run off coefficients as developed by Dr. Pitt Table 5

3) Do we need in Leedonline provide documentation about how and when this tank will filled by rainwater and then empty?

4) For calculations for 3 can we use average monthly Rainfall data (mm)?
