NC-v4.1 IPc1:Integrative Process

Integrative Process Facilitator

The Integrative Process credit for v4.1 BD+C: New Construction refers to an "Integrative Process Facilitator" who has responsibility for running the early charrette and tracking the results, ultimately compiling the letter. Who is this - someone on the design team? A third party individual?

THis would be someone on the design team and could be a third party but does not have to be.

I'd love to speak to people who have fulfilled the role of Integrative Process Facilitator.  I am looking at ways to incorporate the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) into the Integrative Process (and overall project leadership/team communications process).  I am happy to share information on the IDGs, and why they are crucial for creating inclusive, collaborative, future-focused, aligned project teams.  Link to the IDG Framework: https://www.innerdevelopmentgoals.org/framework
