Toilet stalls within locker rooms

Hello everyone,

We have a multifamily residential building and on the ground floor there is a recreational area with sports facilities. I'd like to learn if we can exempt the toilet stalls within the locker rooms on the ground floor from credit requirements.

(There are separate restrooms apart from those in the locker rooms which will be designated as all-gender)
