Hello all,
In a project of ours, we have a warehouse with office spaces. According to the Reference Guide, the warehouse area is considered a regularly occupied space that requires fresh air supply. According to the project's ventilation strategy, fresh air will be supplied in the warehouse area through extract/supply fans since the space is unconditioned.
Is strategy 3 " Filtration of Outdoor Air" applicable to the project, specifically for the warehouse area? And if yes, in which way? In the offices, strategy 3 can easily be implemented so there is only confusion regarding the applicability in the warehouse space.
To my understanding, there are quite limited options on the strategies that can be adopted in a warehouse project when the warehouse area is considered as regurlarly occupied. Increased ventilation for example, is very energy consuming in such projects.
Can we exclude the warehouse area from the credit's scope?
Thank you!
