New Construction project with warehouse and bus parking

The project is a production building with a connected warehouse and small office building , the parking located within the LEED project boundary is inclusive of bus parking used for building occupants and normal car parking .My questions are 

  • Do we need to install EVSEs suitable for the buses ?
  • Do we need to have an elec yard tractor for the warehouse part although the project will be approached as NC.?
