Hospitality-NC-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

DIVERSE USE IN A ISLAND RESORT DEVELOPMENT

We are working on a large scale resort development project which is situated on an natural island . The project has more than 8 diverse uses within its boundary. But beyond that there are uses in the 800 meter walking distance .

Assuming the uses are accessible to the public, can the amenities inside the project be considered for diverse use ?
